A MESSAGE TO OUR DOCTOR COLLEAGUES
The medical literature and our personal experience has prompted us to pursue a singular objective of providing autologous mesenchymal stem cells, generally harvested by Mini liposuction from patient’s adipose tissue resources. The cells are then isolated for deployment. We are part of an international effort to refine and provide the safest stem cell procedures according to the most sound current medical science available.
We attended the Cell Surgical conference was held June 2023 at the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas; we have remained highly visible contributors since the inception of this meeting. In addition, we are well represented in the medical literature, and are considered by many to be among the original innovators of this area of regenerative medicine as it is best practiced today.
We invite, encourage, and rely upon the collaboration, support, and participation of referring physicians in the continuing care of this patient population. We particularly encourage the participation of collaborating physicians in the deployment of their stem cells once we have harvested and prepared them for said use.

Our procedures fall under the category of a physician’s right to practice medicine with patient informed consent. The FDA has guidelines regarding treatment and manipulation of a patient’s own tissues. We meet those guidelines particularly regarding use of patient’s own cells, minimal manipulation of those cells, and insertion back into the patients of those cells during the same procedure.
Further, we participate in an international database to track and follow patient outcomes, helping us make data driven decisions when it comes to stem cell therapy for patient care.
CSN recently (Aug 30, 2022) protected a valuable right for patients to use their own cells in consultation with their physicians. This decision, secured in Federal Court, recognizes the autonomy patients have in their healthcare and that our surgical procedure provides a safe and natural way to use the body’s own healing cells to help repair the body the way ‘Mother Nature’ intended.
